RISE ALL BOATS: A World Water Map created in collaboration with James Baldwin scholar Khadija Kamara, this public-participatory art installation is about human migration, personal and ancestral, willful and forced, through drawing, mapping, essays and oral histories.The public was invited to chart their journey with pins and string onto the World Water Map; a large cylindrical, painted world map.
